I'm not sure what that quote from the first half of that title is from, what movie... (Answers on a postcard..) Actually i think it's Spaceballs!! Just came to me! After they're combing the desert, Dark Helmet: "Found anything?" Trooper: "We ain't found s**t!"
Anyway, I actually have alot to write today! Mostly random, but better than nowt. WARNING: Slight rant ahead.. I went down town today to pay the rent, also stopped in woolworths to look and see if the transformers were back, they were'nt. I started to wonder how i'm gonna pay next weeks rent, i'm getting very short on money. It's all because of that Monster truck show i went to at the end of August, now don't get me wrong i'm glad i went, but it has left me short this month. But i hadn't had a night out in forever!! Originally i only planned to spend £15 but i ended spending £30, it was £10 to get in and i used another £10 for change for bus fair and camera film and batteries. Only to find that's it's been so long since i went out that the buses from Fareham to my town stop service after 9pm now!!
What the hell is all that about?! The show didn't finish till 9pm, i didn't get to the bus station till 9:40pm.. And all because the bus drivers are scared of getting abused or attacked... There was a time when the last bus was 10 or even 11pm, but now - 9pm?!! There was one in 40 minutes time but i wasn't prepared to wait (Seeing as i had got caught out in the rain with some strange notion of the weather holding off, and thereby was soaked to the skin! How i never got phenumonia or even a cold i'll never know.. Anywaaays, i had to draw another £10 out for a taxi, it actually cost £7. 50. Although i enjoyed the night out and i deserved it, I'm feeling the pinch of money strain this month... Good job i'm doing overtime..
On a lighter note, work was a bore, no really, there is a lighter note.. Whilst at the school i managed to get the mop stuck in the bucket when wringing it out and the bucket (a rectangular thing on wheels), completely fell over spilling water across the classroom.. Lucky it was only the CDT (Craft Design Technology) room, on a tiled floor, so it was recoverable. Even if did take several minutes to mop up with crappy flat mops that we have to use. After work i got 10 minutes from home and was walking down the cycletrack when i noticed the moon, which really caught my eye tonight. It was a very eerie shade of yellow!! Very... spooky! I wished i had my camera with me, i'm trying to use up the rest of the film from Monster truck night anyway.
When i got home i decided i would take the rubbish out and take my camera out too to capture it. Unfortunetly when i got home the clouds were obscuring it alot, dark clouds, but i took a photograph anyway. I waited 5 minutes as it was starting to clear and took another one. Back upstairs at my flat i looked out my back bedroom window at it but it seemed to glow normally so i was a bit miffed about it all really. None of these photos on the film might not come out anyway... Considering the trouble i had getting the film into my APS camera..
Talked to a friend on msn for the rest of the night with plenty of tea in between. Also sent an e-mail to a friend at work who's birthday it is, the one who gave me a virus over the weekend (Grrr!). I've calmed down about that and unblocked him but i needed some space to cool off. I know it wasn't his fault, he didn't know, nor did i, but given what i had to go through i was understandablly a bit pi**ed.
